Hello there! I'm blogging right now because I'm REALLY EXCITED! I just finished writing my resume, and it's so beautiful I could cry. ^____^
Well, here are those photos I told you I'd put up!
Here's a photo of that rain I told you about. It was really rather heavy, for Los Angeles, and since Los Angeles basically doesn't have a drainage system (due to lack of necessity), these giant puddles formed everywhere... This one is extremely tiny, almost laughably so, compared to some I saw on the roads.

What I ended up doing was walking through half of the Great Lake, and then walking along that red curb for the rest of the way. Sigh.
This is the fried rice that I made with my Chinese friend that day. It was absolutely delicious! :D
